Completed his undergraduate studies in Chemistry. He tried different fields of employment and found his vocation finally in the field of Software Development. He spent 20 plus years in this field, including 14 odd years in the USA. He returned to India and subsequently decided to shift his focus away from the Software industry. He got involved in a project offering funding assistance for pediatric patients unable to bear the cost of hospitalized treatment. He has been doing this for two decades now. Somewhere along the way he got interested in Alternative Medical Systems and developed deep and abiding interest in Ayurveda. His interest fructified in the setting up of "Answer Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.", concentrating on healing rather than curing. He is passionate about Women's Empowerment and lending a helping hand to those who choose to transition from being a Human to be Humane.

Has over 12 years of clinical experience in managing various clinical conditions. Her approach of combining Ayurveda, Yoga, diet, lifestyle, counselling, and Panchakarma therapies has resulted in better treatment results. She strives to continuously improve performance at individual and practical levels. She educates the patients regarding their conditions and treatment options. She is also an Associate Professor teaching Kaya Chikitsa for the past 5 years.

A specialist in Panchakarma, Vaidya Rashmi R is also a Professor and HOD, Department of PG studies in Panchakarma and clinician having 16 years of experience. Her expertise is in the management of lifestyle disorders.

Graduated under the Gurukula system of training in Ayurveda, Vaidya Udaya Kumar has 32 years of experience in clinical and manufacture of traditional and proprietary formulations. His field of interest is in the management of respiratory disorders, mental and psychological conditions.  

Managing Director

A third-generation Vaidya with 22 years of experience as a practitioner of Ayurveda. He has an in-depth knowledge of Ayurveda, and endeavors to be a Generalist offering a holistic approach to health and wellness. His work and contribution towards managing Neuro-muscular conditions and disc disorders is widely applauded. He is keenly sought after for talks on Ayurveda and Wellness and is also the scientific consultant for various health initiatives.

With Ayurvedic Clinical practice for over 24 years, her expertise in managing Gastrointestinal disorders, Skin, and Neuro-muscular conditions has benefitted many patients. She has been actively involved in training Panchakarma therapist program students and creating awareness about Ayurveda among school children.

Vaidya Bhagyalakshmi is an Ayurvedic consultant with 25 years of experience in this field. She practiced for 16 years at Sharma Ayurved Bandar, Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore. She is well known for the practice of Rasa oushadhis in treating her patients. Her field of expertise is in the effective management of various disorders under ENT, Ophthalmology, Skin, Gynecological, and infertility cases. She also specializes in preparing unique Ayurvedic formulations like Hombale oushadha for pregnant women, Poornima yoga medicine for all kinds of respiratory allergic conditions, and Kamalahar yoga for all kinds of liver diseases.
